'The Taming of the Shrew' by William Shakespeare

As a university student, Jordan was asked to research, design and create a 1:50 scale white card model for the TV and Film studio. She decided to redesign William Shakespeare's 'The Taming of the Shrew' as a miniseries.

'The Taming of the Shrew' tells the story of a marriage in which the husband must tame his headstrong wife. The play describes the volatile courtship between the shrewish Katharina and the canny Petruchio, who is determined to subdue Katharina's legendary temper and win her dowry.

She changed the location and time period of the production and in doing so completed adequate research to backup her ideas and concepts. She designed her set to fit The Northern Studios which are currently being built next to campus.
